Hi there, I’m Janine - award winning introverted networking host, networking mentor, podcaster, small business mentor and supporter of female entrepreneurs.
I LOVE connecting people and helping them grow their confidence, audience and business. But it's not always been like that for me. As an introvert, I struggled with networking events when I started in business back in 2018. I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable with the sales-focused, clicky environments.
I wanted a more relaxed, professional space to meet likeminded business owners. When I couldn't find one, I created my own which has now evolved into the Female Business Network.
Here, we focus on community, conversations, and authentic relationship-building. We host smaller events where everyone is heard and supported, and we're about growing your business naturally and confidently.
Being a woman in business is tough, especially when it comes to childcare responsibilities, often limited time and lacking energy. For introverted, shy or quieter individuals, it can feel overwhelming and exhausting!
But it's possible to balance work and life while growing your business.
