What if I'm not established enough yet?

FBN Select is designed for women who are already working in their field and building their reputation within it. You may be earlier in your journey, or more experienced. Its your focus, passion and energy that's important.

How do you make sure the room is the right fit?

Every application goes through a short conversation before a place is confirmed. This isn't about gatekeeping, it's about making sure the group works for everyone in it, including you.

What if I can't make every meeting?

Life happens. The WhatsApp group means you stay connected between sessions, and missing the occasional meeting won't break your momentum. That said, the value of Select builds over time, showing up consistently is where the trust really forms.

Is this just another networking group?

There are no elevator pitches, no referral targets, and no pressure to perform. Select is structured around genuine professional relationships - the kind that develop slowly, hold properly, and create opportunities you didn't have to chase.

Can I visit a group before committing?

Yes, you can come for a taster session. Members can also attend other FBN Select groups as a guest, and we're happy to arrange a conversation before you apply so you can get a feel for whether it's the right room for you.
