Hi there, I’m Janine - award winning introverted networking host, networking mentor, relationship strategist, and supporter of female entrepreneurs.
I LOVE connecting people and helping them grow their confidence, audience and business. But it's not always been like that for me. As an introvert, I struggled with networking events when I started in business back in 2018. I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable with the sales-focused, clicky environments.
I wanted a more relaxed, professional space to meet likeminded business owners. When I couldn't find one, I created my own which has now evolved into the Female Business Network.
Here, we focus on community, conversations, and authentic relationship-building. .
