Introverted, quietly-confident business owner & mentor
I'm super passionate and committed to having the business of my dreams, in a way that uses my introverted energy, strengths and business expertise to support other women have the same.
I seem to like challenging myself (its also one of my business values), but have been guilty of putting myself into situations where deep down I knew I wouldn't get the most out of:
- large group coaching and training programmes, where the extrovert energy is loud and seemed to drown me out
- masterminds where my introvert traits meant that I didn't ask the questions or get involved as much as others within the group
These can be amazing, but as an introvert they often seemed 'noisy' to me - lots of confident and seemingly extroverted people happy to talk, ask questions and take the lead. This has always been the way for me. Infact, I know it was like this in school for me too. I often knew the answer or had a relevant question, but felt uneasy putting my hand up - only for a more confident/ louder/ extroverted buddy to take my place.
In business this can mean that us introverts and quieter owners can feel left behind, but no more! I'm here to showcase and support other quieter women in business to build their business in a way that works for them.
I achieve more in smaller groups, and know that many within my audience do too. Where everyone can be listened to, included and heard, even if we feel a little awkward and nervous.
